Our Story

Our logo tells you more about us than any mission statement could. It's a Breather surface boundary, a solution to a class of nonlinear partial differential equations known as the sine-Gordon equation. In plain terms, it's what happens when you map a mathematical surface that can twist and ripple endlessly without ever tearing or losing its structure. Think of it as a wave that folds back on itself in perfect, self-sustaining complexity.
We generated it years ago in PTC Mathcad, during a period when we were working closely with Mathcad on advanced mathematical computing. We chose it as our logo because it represents who we are: a team rooted in mathematics, fascinated by complexity, and drawn to the elegant structures that emerge when you understand the underlying equations.
That mathematical foundation is what led us naturally into machine learning and deep learning long before they became mainstream business terms. Neural networks are, at their core, applied mathematics: gradient descent, backpropagation, optimisation across high-dimensional spaces. For a team that spent years modelling Breather surfaces and differential equations, the leap to AI was a natural continuation.
Dynamic Decisions was founded on a simple observation: the enterprise ERP world and the AI world were moving in parallel but rarely intersecting. Organisations investing heavily in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations were missing the transformative potential of AI. Meanwhile, AI consultancies were building impressive demos that fell apart on contact with real enterprise data and processes.
We set out to bridge that gap. With over two decades in the Dynamics ecosystem and genuine, deep-rooted expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and now agentive AI, we deliver solutions that are both technically sophisticated and practically grounded in enterprise reality.
Today, we work with organisations across industries to modernise their D365 F&O implementations, integrate intelligent automation, and build AI capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes. The Breather surface on our logo is a reminder of where we came from, and evidence that we've always been the kind of people who look at complexity and see opportunity.
